Community Support

How can you help?

Our Employment Coaching service is run by a team of independent professionals who have worked in a variety of different industries as employers, trainers, coaches, counsellors or consultants with ‘real life’ experience who are passing on their knowledge and skills for the benefit of their community and the people who live within it.

As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, we rely entirely on funding to offer our services free of charge to residents in our local community which includes Hull, Hessle, Willerby, Anlaby, Cottingham, Goole, Howden, Hornsea, Withernsea and beyond.

We are continuing to grow and develop in anticipation that demand for our services will increase dramatically as the country faces an unprecendented cost of living crisis. As a local business, organisation or individual there are lots of ways you can help us support the residents of your local community.

Get involved - here's how

FREE to you but would help us greatly

  • Before you order supplies for your business or do your online shop, go to Easyfundraising and raise funds for us while you shop at no cost to you
  • Display a poster for us in return for a link to your business on our website
  • Follow us on social media and share our posts with your followers
  • Refer people to us who could use our help ie: if you are having to make people redundant, give them the best possible chance of finding a new job by passing on our details
  • Let us know of any vacancies you have coming up that our members may be suitable for

Other ways to help

  • With the support of Aviva Community Fund, we are Crowdfunding to enable us to keep supporting people back into work and improve their wellbeing. Please donate what you can, every little helps!
  • Offer work experience or volunteer work to our members
  • Provide supplies to help keep our groups running ie: printer paper/ink, stationary, refreshments etc
  • Contribute to our groups, giving members the benefit of your advice or experience
  • Offer free stuff to our members, like a free hair cut or dry cleaning for interviews
  • Supply tech to help those members who don't have access to a device for job searching at home
  • Donate funds to help towards our day-to-day running costs
