Our Employment Coaching service is run by a team of independent professionals who have worked in a variety of different industries as employers, trainers, coaches, counsellors or consultants with ‘real life’ experience who are passing on their knowledge and skills for the benefit of their community and the people who live within it. As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, we rely entirely on funding to offer our services free of charge to residents in our local community which includes Hull, Hessle, Willerby, Anlaby, Cottingham, Goole, Howden, Hornsea, Withernsea and beyond. We are continuing to grow and develop in anticipation that demand for our services will increase dramatically as the country faces an unprecendented cost of living crisis.
