Record keeping

Our obligations to you:

• We are not currently required to be registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (this is checked annually each April)

• If erasing or destroying records, then destruction will be carried out securely.

Personnel records
Learner records will be kept for upto 1 year from the date of their creation, we do not take or keep copies of any personal ID or right to work in the UK.
