Member 1 (Building Resilience Group (February 2023))
I found the “resilience course” a useful follow on from the one to one sessions many thanks to Jules and Liz (and everyone concerned at Humber Job Hub). It was the first time the course had been run as far as I understand, so fair to say a bit of a learning curve for all those in attendance. Maybe an agenda to each session would help when someone goes off at a tangent so some order can be pulled back to proceedings and keep within timescales and objectives. Thank you.
